Subscription and Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time.
Users will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.
Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
If a user does not accept the new price, the subscription will not be automatically renewed.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any subscription at any time with 30 days notice.
In case of subscription cancellation by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of the subscription period.
We may discontinue offering subscriptions or specific subscription tiers at our discretion.

Users retain ownership of any content they create or upload within the app.
By posting content, you grant Notary AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute the content within the app.
Users are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our policies or is deemed inappropriate.

By using this app, you agree:

Not to engage in illegal activities.
Not to post offensive, harmful, or misleading content.
Not to attempt to disrupt or harm the app, its users, or its infrastructure.
Not to use the app for recording or transcribing content that violates privacy laws or confidentiality agreements.

We provide the app “as-is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of transcriptions or any consequences resulting from their use.

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

We may update these terms from time to time.
Continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, any active subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
